Premium Spain Real Estate was founded in 2010 by James Bennett, who recognized the need for a more personalized, transparent approach to Spanish real estate services for international clients.

After experiencing his own challenges when purchasing a Spanish property, James assembled a team of multilingual experts with deep local knowledge and a commitment to exceptional client service. What began as a small operation in Marbella has grown into a respected firm with operations in multiple Spanish regions.

Over the years, we've helped more than 1,200 clients from 28 countries find their ideal Spanish properties, from vacation homes to investment opportunities. Our growth has been built on referrals and repeat business—a testament to our client-first approach and the lasting relationships we build.
